Deb S. Sidhu - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Deb is a co-founder of DG510 Limited and the visionary behind our commitment to excellence and client service. An experienced international executive, having previously held senior global corporate security roles at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Bank Plc, he has 30-years real-world operational and leadership experience in Global Security, Counter-Terrorism, Executive Protection and Crisis Affairs. Deb is a trusted advisor to multinationals and governments around the world. He has worked and operated in over 100 countries, with extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa region where he has lived and worked. He is pragmatic and passionate, guiding Boards of Directors and Corporate Security teams with security arrangements in complex environments and frequently training them to effectively deal with crisis response. He has proven strong judgement skills, tested during numerous crisis events that were successfully resolved. Leading DG5Ten with enthusiasm and strong ethics, Deb, along with the leadership team ensure that the whole team is empowered and well looked after, allowing the team in turn to look after clients with integrity and focus. Deb has excellent cultural knowledge from around the globe and is multilingual. He is a member of the prestigious ASIS International and studied Engineering at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. He is passionate about causes relating to autism and the prevention of human trafficking.
Gaudile Petruityte - Chief Operating Officer
Gaudile is a co-founder of DG510 Limited and responsible for leading the administration and marketing functions. She has 14-years Global Security leadership experience , including supporting executive protection tasks, crisis management, general security risk management consulting and specialist security training. She comes with a diverse business background, having been a senior Director of a property and hospitality portfolio. Gaudile has previously worked in the art dealership and corporate space solutions sectors and is well-travelled globally. She has worked and operated overseas and in particular, the United States, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe and India. Gaudile studied Psychology at Vilnius University and is multilingual in Russian, Lithuanian and German, with excellent cultural awareness of emerging market countries, especially the Middle East, Africa Eastern Europe and Asia.
Taylor Mike Belcher
Mike has over 30-years global security experience, including 24-years at senior level in the United States Government. He has implemented numerous security initiatives globally and with significant success. Mike has previously held a senior leadership role with Goldman Sachs in the US and Latin America. He is also currently the Managing Director of TMB Security LLC, in New York and Mexico and is an expert in Latin American Due Diligence. Mike is multilingual, being fluent in Spanish and is a Latin America specialist.
